                "description": "P.Herm. 45: Letter\r\nTwo fragments joining together immediately; about half of the letter is preserved. According to the address on the verso, the letter was sent by Taurinos to his clarissimus brother and lord Biktor – both possibly ecclesiastics according to ed. The letter starts with a mark of humility from Biktor (addressing to Taurinos his \"most humble words\") and salutations, with greetings in the Lord (nomen sacrum). Then mention is made of another Biktor and of corn that he has received, and directions are given for the dispatch of someone. The letter ends with the conventional valedictory formula \"in the Lord\" which is written in full here.\r\nSimple cross after the last word.\r\nThe handwriting is a clear hand, almost literary, with few cursive features; text runs across the fibres on the recto; horizontal format.\r\nVerso: Address in the same hand but written larger, along the fibres.",
