                "description": "Large wooden mummy label (Lewis, 1936) or small commemorative stela (Delattre and Worp, 2012: 94). The text is engraved in the wood in square majuscule for a caulker by the name of Lampos from Ab\u016b T\u012b\u01e7 (tapouchk), who died on a Epêph 8th (July 2nd). From the mention of his place of origin (\"man from Ab\u016b T\u012b\u01e7\"), one might infer that Lampos would have died and been buried elsewhere, perhaps at A\u1e2bm\u012bm.\r\nThe text is in Sahidic Coptic: \"Lampos, the inhabitant of Ab\u016b T\u012b\u01e7, caulker, has taken repose on the eighth of Epeiph. O Lord, have mercy unto him\". Initial serifed cross and four simple crosses at the end. The object measures 25.5 x 12.7 x 2.7 cm. Its size led Delattre and Worp (2012: 94) to identify it as a funerary stela, but in such case the holes are not explainable.",
