Mich. 3 216; SB 3 7248: Letter from Paniskos to his wife and daughter\u00a0Two fragments (9.5 x 3.5 cm) of a letter from Paniskos to his wife Ploutogenia, asking her once again to join him or to at least answer his letters. He further asks her to bring him his armour, and sends greetings to his daughter, mother-in-law and further loved ones. At the start, he prays \u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u1f70 \u03c4\u1ff7 \u03ba\u03c5\u03c1\u03af\u1ff3 \u03b8\u03b5\u1ff7 for the health of his wife and daughter. Choat 2006 outlines how the use of this formula over multiple of Paniskos\u2019 letters must not necessarily indicate his adherence to Christianity; he prays \u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u1f70 \u03c4\u03bf\u1fd6\u03c2 \u03b8\u03b5\u03bf\u1fd6\u03c2 \u03c0\u1fb6\u03c3\u03b9 in P. Mich. 3 214. 28 lines of the letter remain on the recto, the break between the two fragments contained ~1-2 lines. A postscript appears after line 26; the papyrus is broken off at the bottom. The verso features the address.",
