Both the left and right sides of the papyrus have broken off. The recto features Jeremiah 18:15–16, the verso 18:19–20. A variant on line 3 of the verso reads κακα αντι αγαθων instead of \u1f00ντ\u1f76 \u1f00γατ\u1ff6ν κακ\u03ac (Jeremiah 18:20).",
