                "description": "P. Kellis 1 88: Christian Amulet\u00a0The holes were bored into the tablet (23.8 x 9.8 cm) after the author wrote onto the board. Side A contains a liturgical prayer containing the terms \u03b4\u03b5\u03c3\u03c0\u03cc\u03c4\u03b1\u03c2 (line 2), \u03b8(\u03b5\u1f78)\u03c2 \u03b1\u1f30\u03ce\u03bd\u03b9\u03bf\u03c2 (line 3) and \u03ba(\u03c5\u03c1\u03af\u03bf)\u03c5 (line 4). An earlier text had occupied Side A before the prayer, but was washed away. Side B used to contain writing, which is now illegible. While the tablet may have been used as an amulet, containing a healing prayer, the holes and other markings indicate its use as the board of a notebook (?). R\u00f6mer\/Daniel\/Worp 1997 see similarities to P. Barc. 155, and consider it may have been part of a liturgical collection.
