XVII 2154, P.Oxy. 17 2154: Letter from Heraklides to Heras\u00a0In this letter (25.1 x 16.2 cm) on urgent business, the recipient Heras is addressed as \u03ba\u03c5\u03c1\u03af\u1ff3 \u03bc\u03bf\u03c5 \u1f00\u03b4\u03b5\u03bb\u03c6\u1ff7 (line 1). The author Heraklides implores him to send Antinous and more importantly his money (16 talents and 4000 drachmae), a carpenter Porit (whose brother has just (?) died), workmen, clerks, \u03c3\u03af\u03c0\u03c0\u03b9\u03b1 for \u03c4\u1f78 \u1f31\u03b5\u03c1\u1f78\u03bd \u1f00\u03bd\u03b1\u03b2\u03bf\u03bb\u03b9\u03ba\u1f78\u03bd (line 19-20) and wool. He requires this the very same day, otherwise he particularly fears \u03bd\u1f74 \u03c4\u1f78\u03bd \u03b8\u03b5\u1f78\u03bd (line 14) being imprisoned in the Temple of Hadrian if his affairs are not in order, since he has had to purchase wool at a high price (?). Mention of people from Paomis, a praepositus Kopreus, and Potammon, a soldier of the procurator as well as Teiras, whom Heras should send to Heraklides.\u00a0",
