The content of the letter seems to be only concerned with greetings to Nepheros and all the brethren. Nothing in the letter indicates where or under what circumstances it was written. Whether the writer could possibly be identical with the Lykarion of P.Neph. 27,9 is unsure. On the back, Nepheros is said to be “priest of Neson in (the monastery of) Phathor” (Νεφερ\u1ff6τι πρ(εσ)β(υτ\u03adρ\u1ff3) τ\u1fc6ς Ν\u03aeσου \u1f10ν Φαθ\u03ceρ).\r\n \r\nRecto: final greetings on the right side; use of nomina sacra; writing runs parallel with the fibres.\r\nVerso: address, parallel with the fibres.",
