| Description | Fragments of a leather codex cover. On both vertical edges, three orifices, two of which are positioned symmetrically, are clearly visible, with others likely lost. It is possible that these holes result from a stab-binding repair, as in the case of the P.Bodmer 4 codex (TM 61594 / LDAB 2743). |

The surviving fragments of the cover suggest a length/width ratio identical to that of the Nag Hammadi codices – a well-documented format, represented by codices either in Greek or Coptic –, hinting to a similar, 4th century production date. |
