Description | SB Kopt. III 1310 [P.London BL inv. 2724] Fragmentarily preserved letter by Timotheus to Paiêw in Coptic with Greek address from Melitian context (Monastery at Hathor) excusing himself for having lied to him when he had last visited him asking for forgiveness and atonement now, text then is badly damaged, various persons with the title apa are being named (Prow, see P.Lond. VI 1914; Dioscorus, see P.Lond. VI 1916, P.Lond. VI 1918, and P.Lond. VI 1921; and Gerontius, see P.Lond. VI 1918) plus Anoup (see P.Lond. VI 1914). |
