Of the 25 folios, none is preserved complete, after p. 26 is a gap up to p. 90, another folio missing with pp. 113/114 as is anything after p. 116.

Dated mid-late 5th cent. by Rösch 1910; 1st half 5th cent. by Clarysse & Orsini 2012: 469.

The codex has also been dated 4th c., a date maintained by Jaroš 2014: 900; Buzi 2014: 183 dates it 7th c. (probably foll. Schmidt 1908: 5) 7th/8th cent.
