Description	P.Oxy. XXXIII 2682, P.Oxy. 33 2682: Letter from Ammonis to Thermouthion The sheet (9.4 x 26 cm) is largely intact save for some holes. Ammonios greets Thermouthion as τῷ ἀδελφῷ (line 2), and states that he makes obeisance παρὰ τῷ θεῷ (line 5) for him every day. The phenomenon of προσκύνημα is neither explicitly Christian nor pagan. Thermouthion is asked to send the requested veil, linen cloak and blanket to the writer via Hesychius. Greetings are conveyed from Ammonis’ wife and his daughter Theonilla, and greetings are sent to τὸν ἀδελφόν μου Stephanos (line 18-19) as well as to the κιθαρωδός Ammonis ("harp-singer", line 21-22). The verso contains the address.
