Archaeological context | Found inside the church during the January-February 1976 excavations, on the ground floor, in the South corner of the choir. Archaeologists found in the house directly adjacent to the western wall of the church a poultry pen that still contained a large number of poultry bones (Wagner 1987: 45). |
