Description

Probably private textual copy of John 20:19-31 in Coptic (S with L or A interferences, see below) in cursive handwriting

"For a mixture of Subachmimic and Sahidic two texts may be cited...[one] is a fragment of St. John XX given by Crum in 1939 to the Bodleian library; apparently it was found at Hermopolis. This text, probably of the late fourth century (Bell), is mainly Sahidic but shows forms...which link it up with Manichaean texts. Two forms are Bohairic..." (Kahle 1954, 240-241).
