Description | P.NYU 10: Receipts for Deliveries of Grain. Badly torn and abraded papyrus which originally formed part of a roll of receipts. Three receipts preserved here, of which the first two are in an upright, elegant, flowing cursive, while the third one is in a smaller and narrower handwriting. In line 12, the signature of the collector (hypodektes) Diogenisis preceded by a staurogram (looking like a crux ansata). |
