The shard (3.4 x 3.2 cm) is faintly inscribed on the convex side and contains remnants of the names Psenamounis son of Pa[…] and Psais δίακ(ων). Psais the deacon is also mentioned in O.Trim. 1 272 and O.Trim. 1 383.
