The convex side of the complete ostracon (8.1 × 6.1 cm) reads "Ioannes son of Mersis, 30 bundles, for Pmoun Tlabese, of Philippos”.

Excavated at Amḥayda by the Dakhleh Oasis Project, season 2008–2013. Discovered in Area 2.2, B6, Room 30, DSU 60, FN 48. The ostracon joins O.Trim. 2 806, which is an unrelated text at a different angle, however written by the same hand.
