Fragment of a folio from a bilingual parchment codex containing a Greek-Coptic (Sahidic) lectionary with the Gospel of Matthew 5:17-19 in Coptic, and 7:28 and 8:3-4, 7-9 in Greek. The oldest lectionary on parchment according to Van Haelst 1974: 130 (no. 351).

The text is written in sloping uncials of the 4th c., by the same scribe as P.Bal. I 22 according to ed.pr.

All of the material published by Kahle in 1954 was excavated in early 1907 at a monastery of Saint Apollo under the direction of Flinders Petrie (Kahle 1954, 2-3). There were no records indicating precise find-spots of the manuscripts, Crum states that they were scattered.
