Nag Hammadi Codex XIII

Papyrus codex containing a variety of Gnostic texts in Coptic (Sahidic dialect). The contents of Nag Hammadi Codex XIII include: 

pp. 37-50 (NHC XIII, 1): Protennoia trimorphos (Trimorphic Protennoia; CC 0688), with section heading on pp. 42 and 46, and final title on p. 50;
pp. 50 (NHC XIII, 2): De origine mundi = Tractatus sine titulo (On the Origin of the World; CC 0654).
