O.Douch V 514: Monthly and daily accounts in modii.

The text is written on both sides of the ostracon, being very faint on the verso. The account, beginning with a christogram [staurogram?] according to the edition, was issued by Peteuris, epimeletes of the bread of Kysis, and concerns the provision of wheat.
