O.Trim. 1 94; O.Amheida inv. 11847: List of names 
The ostracon (6.3 x 8 cm) is complete but faded, inscribed on both sides.
The convex side is hardly legible, the concave contains the names Pekysis, Taout[...], Ploutammon son of Ploutogenes, Ammo[...] son of Ammo[...], grandson of Serenos, Ephrem and Kyllos. This is an early attestation of the name Ephrem in the papyrological onomastic repertory.
