P.Oslo I 1; PGM II 36: Magical spells

Extant volumen (24 x 244 cm), almost complete, with a collection of spells, including spells to restrain anger, to gain or secure favours, love spells, charms for success or to break spells, spell to inflict harm, pudenda key spell, spell to open a door, with drawings (see details on KYP M181).

Christian influence noted by S. Eitrem (Van Haelst 1976: 336)

Recto: 12 columns, written along the fibres, clear and fluent hand. Verso: 1 column, written along the fibres (at 90 degrees to recto).
